The Beginner:

Great option for the athlete who wants to learn more about how mental training can increase their mental game.  If you are interested in learning more about what mental training has to offer this is the perfect package for you.

  • FREE consultation session

  • 3 individual mental training session (lasting 45 minutes – 1 hour)

 

The Intermediate:

Great option for those who strive for that upper edge above the rest of their competition.  If you want to take your performance to the next level and are committed to doing so, this is the package for you.

  • 6 individual mental training session (lasting 45 minutes – 1 hour)

 

The Elite:

Designed for the athlete who believes in the importance of mental training and that they have what it takes to become great.  If you are committed to your sport and your mental game then this is the right option for you.

  • 9 individual mental training sessions (lasting 45 minutes-1 hour each)

Group/Team Sessions

Group/team sessions will create a stronger team environment. Teams who engage in these workshops can learn how to: 

– Create a unified team mission

– Identify team values

-Learn how to communicate effectively

-Understand and value each person’s role on the team

-Build and strengthen team cohesion

Regroup:

Great option for the team that wants an introduction to mental skills training. Teams will learn how mental training can help their team regroup and develop a more cohesive team environment.

Refocus:

Great options for teams that want to refocus on their goals for the season and create ways to get there.  Most ideal for teams that are committed to strengthening their mental skills throughout the season.

Redefine:

This option is for the dedicated team who wants to redefine their team’s legacy.  The team that is committed to creating a legacy should choose this option.

Coaching Development

Coaching development sessions will assist coaches in learning strategies and techniques to implement into practices and competition. Coaches will be able to: 

  • Reflect on their coaching style
  • Create/refine coaching philosophy and values
  • Increase connection with athletes

  • Assist in managing athletes emotions, as well as their own 
  • Establish a championship culture
